Terms
Last updated 2026-10-30. These terms cover the Partilock Blender add-on, the render service and credit packs.
The service
Partilock sends your camera view, a depth image and masks of the building and its openings to an AI model and returns a concept image. The result is AI-generated. It keeps the massing, windows, doors and camera in most cases, but it can differ from your model and may add small fittings such as gutters or railings. It is an image, not geometry. Check every result before you show or send it to anyone.
Credits
One render costs one credit. A render the drift check flags after its retry, a failed render and a free re-render cost nothing. Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Every new key gets 5 free renders, limited to a few new keys per network per day. Credits are tied to your licence key, not to a person; keep the key private.
Your content
You keep all rights in your models and images. You give us only the permission needed to process each render. You may use the results for any lawful purpose, including client work. Our AI provider's terms don't expressly grant ownership of AI output, so we can't promise that you own a copyright in it.
Availability
We may pause renders, for example when our provider is down or a daily spend cap is reached. Paused renders aren't charged. The add-on is free software under the GPL; the render service is not.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under EU law.
Law
Lithuanian law applies, without taking away consumer protections of the country you live in.
Provider
Partilock is run by Valdemar Kobelis, a sole trader under a Lithuanian individual activity certificate (individuali veikla), Sidaronių g. 19, LT-06234 Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: support@partilock.com. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT.
